Happy New Year, precious Gel and beautiful family. Be blessed. When you have trouble opening a jar, take a spoon to the underside of the lid and pry it just a little. You'll hear a pop as it breaks the seal and allows you to open the jar easily.

Hi my friend. Very healthy😊😊 I just wanted to mention one positive thing you've been able to do since you got that cool oven😊😊 you have been able to bake food now. Did you know that baking food instead of frying it's about 300 less calories then baking😮 but what's even worse than that is the fat did you know that one piece of fried chicken 🍗🐔 can have up to 80 grams of fat versus baked which can sometimes have zero fat and probably four times more calories at least I know it's tempting throw that Chicken on the floor because it's easier than waiting for the oven to heat up and I know you think it's quicker was it really isn't. Yes it tastes a little better😢 but is it really worth dying of a heart attack with clogged arteries when you're 30. And if you know how to bake chicken 🍗🐔 after you do it for a while it will taste just as good or better than fried like the way my moma did it she is the best😊 and whenever you buy something at the sorry sorry stores ask him if they have baked and you'll continue it because you can't do it when you're out most restaurants are starting to serve baked now. Look and think of it this way how long would it take you to cook 30 piece of chicken versus about 5 minutes work. But don't add any oil or you won't get all the benefit I remember one time on one of your videos you said you wanted to lose weight and you were sad because people were teasing you at school well when they see how much weight you lose they won't be laughing then. They will be crying😢😢 Google frying food versus eating. And other healthy weight loss cooking methods. And make sure you show this to your whole family 🙏🙏 please sorry I talked too much but I think you'll thank me yours from now God bless you and your family always I just want the best for everybody😊😊
