Can you share the electronics wiring for your hot wire setup? By the way, how do you make the wire straight?

Greetings Luqman, I have another video here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/lZWXmq2vZtJknck That tries to capture the setup, if it does not do the trick I would be happy to make a more detailed explanation video of the electronics setup. To keep the wire straight I use tension provide by a combination of a spring that can take up the slack caused by heating and a Guy Wire Turnbuckle Tensioner to set the initial tension. Luqman Radzuan just hook up a 12 volt D.C. Transformer like a battery charger.you don't need a special circuit. You don't have to observe polarity. Just look on any wall transformer. You can test various sizes and how it cuts. But if your wire gets red reduce voltage. It's a very forgiving process

I did build the hot wire rig, I basically followed the instructions from another youtube video, it's been a few years so I can't say exactly which video it was. Best wishes and happy building.
