Before chopping any trees, u shld standby your net first and stand in front of the tree and give it a shake , and if a wasp nest drop down, the wasps flies out, quickly press A button to swoop them in. You will catch it and then you can safely do what you want to do with the tree without being stung. 😄

In the case of timing, I find if I wait till my character has done the little shocked expression, and since our avatar will automatically turn to face the wasps, I hit A at that point to catch em'

A small tip I found that keeps my apple smoothies from being too grainy is steaming them before hand and removing the peel. Though my apple smoothies might be more similar to an apple pie smoothie as I use apples, cinnamon, milk instead of juice and a scoop of ice cream lol

A tip for wasps is the little party poppers from nooks cranny!! If you make sure to carry a few and you dont care to catch the wasps, just run away, switch to the popper and pop it and itll scare them away!!! Also my tip for chopping wood would be to use a flimsy axe, yes it breaks quicker, but you dont have to worry about chopping down and replanting the trees (unless you want to of course) and it also counts towards the goal of getting the gold axe, and also also, it means you get 3 pieces of wood every time, plus an in tact tree!!! I love acnh, ive got about 400 hours in it, its just the best game to sit down and play when you wanna chill and unwind!!

If you want to chop a bunch of trees with a guaranteed lack of wasps, I recommend opening your gates as if you were inviting visitors. Entering multiplayer mode prevents wasps, tarantulas, or scorpions from spawning on your island.

Fishing tip: Do it with your eyes closed. The bobber makes an audible CLUNK when the fish is on, and it stops my anxious fingers from panicking and hitting the button too soon.

for tree chopping i usually hold a net and shake it first just to catch the wasps, bagworms and spiders spawn in them too so its nice to get em out of the way if ur filling the Museum! happy hunting

If you have to get anything from a tree, you first pick out your brailer and shake the tree. If a wasp nest falls out, your character will face it and as soon as they do you click A so they catch the wasp, which will save you from getting stung

When chopping down trees I always shake them first with a party popper equipped. Firing a party popper scares the wasps away and you can chop down your tree in peace. ☺💗

I have been playing animal crossing since Wild World and a tip to avoid being "targeted" by the wasp by chopping wood is to first shake the tree while holding a net and catching them, and only then to chop. So basically I first run around only shaking and then only chopping :)

There are only five wasp trees a day, I tend to either shake my trees with a net equiped before chopping, or just chop wood from fruit trees they never have wasps

Everything looks delicious! The seabass pie made my mouth water -- I've got a mean craving for fish pie now lol. Combining it with potato was a great idea! Pumpkin and mushrooms also go great in fish pie if you want something with more autumn flavors :] Tiny note: I'd definetely remove the fins on the aji fry before breading however, it'd just ruin the nice crunching bite into the fish!

I was thinking yesterday about how cool it would be if someone did this!!!! Then the algorithm recommended your video to me :) It’s so exciting to see the irl versions! To avoid the wasps I shake any trees I plan to cut while holding a net. If a wasp nest falls (as long as nothing’s in the way) you will automatically face the right direction to be able to catch them! When I see the wasp nest fall I just spam the A button and it works every time, thankfully the timing isn’t tricky

Oh I forgot to mention that you have to stand directly in front of the tree when you shake it! If you stand on one side it’s possible the nest might fall on the other side but if you’re in the middle you can turn either way. I hope this helps!

You’re lucky the fish pie didn’t burst open! When making a closed-top pie you should put a few small slits or piercings into the lid to let steam from the filling escape! It could make a real mess otherwise.
