I have used used 30 oranges to make a orange juice in a big cup now I'm worried about having toilet problems and my stomach is hurting. I spent 1 hour squeezing them by hand. It was the best orange juice I ever tasted and made. But took long and now I have a overdose of 30 oranges in my stomach 30 different types of acids.

A masticating juicer can do it in a few minutes. Well worth it if you're willing to pay for it.

1. Peel the oranges (2-3 oranges) 2. Put the peeled orange on a sieve ( sieve should be placed over a bowl) 3. Take a spoon and mash the oranges Done! Add a bit of sugar and ice to taste. This is how I make my juice. 3 oranges are enough to make a cup

Good on you re the compost..you have many grateful takers.Fresh orange looks good to me; but I'm adding sugar as it can be a tad tart.I've had fresh orange juice; pith and all and loved it; and been offered it elsewhere and declined.It's all down to taste I reckon; and you only pouring one glass is a wee bit mean.
