Hello Myjii and Vanya, in order to avoid snakes in your land, you need to plant lemon grass and garlic, around your chicken coop. 'Coz snakes hates the smell of these plants! Citronella plant is for mosquitoes. Seen papaya fruit on your table, hope it's yummy! We bought papayas here from Mexico and they don't taste good. Will continue watching your vlogs and learn from it. Especially, in the near future, were thinking of going "OFF the Grid." Thank you for sharing. GOD BLESS!

Myji, just a little suggestion. When you Cooke Adobo Sayote does not go with Adobo. Sayote is so delicious with. Tinolang Chicken . You can also add Chili leaves and maybe 2 Chilis, Season also with Patis and Magic Sarah . Yami!

Kalamansi or calamansi is also called Calamansi in english since it has no english name so it was adopted as is. Filipinos tend to give english name on something even when a plant or animal is endemic to their own country. Anyway foreigners can learn whatever name it has in tagalog. Just like kangkong is widely known around the world as "kangkong".

That saw doesn't saw very well. Can it be sharpened? Is it good to build garden beds in the shade? I would rough up the ground before you pour compost into the beds. That way the roots can grow deeper. Petrovich is just adorable!
