making grammy's tandycake recipe!!!

FULL RECIPE:
Ingredients
1 Cup + 2 TBS milk
4 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
2 Cup Sugar
2 Cup Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 jar peanut butter (16 oz)
about one pound milk chocolate
1 TBS vegetable shortening
Directions:
Heat milk, then set aside to cool. Once cool, add eggs and vanilla to milk, mix. Add sugar, flour, and baking powder to egg mixture, and mix well. Pour into greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350F for 25 minutes.
When almost, but not completely cool, spread peanut butter on cake.
Melt chocolate and shortening together using a double-boiler. Spread warm chocolate over cake. Allow to partially, but not completely, set before cutting.
