Its called mount board. It is paper based card board.

@@talhacks1739 I am coating it will glue and then paint with primer and acrylic paint and finally the main paint. So it should be durable and water proof to an extent.

sir how to polish the tender bogie what material you used to polish the unexact tender bogie to smooth

Polish is done with water paper of various nos. I apply flex kwick glue on top and then polish, Then i apply acrylic paint and then finally black matt spray paint.
