I noticed that the fish spawn doesn't change much (only a change in density) if you are playing with tutorial mode on. The unlocked area was also larger on tutorial mode compared to non-tutorial mode. When playing without the tutorial mode, the fish spawn moves around every few days. For selling at the fish market, even though the wiki says 10am to 6pm, I recommend to sell at 7am-10am for the max 20% local sale bonus. The bonus starts decreasing the moment the clock ticks to 10:01am and be at 0% at 6pm. Probably to reflect the reduction in customer demand later in the day. I hire a worker that takes a 1% cut just to hand gut the fish. When the gutting level is max out, he can gut all fish at 5 Star rating with an additional bonus of 45%-60%. As for the port reputation, I had a look at the steam discussion page, the developer said they have made it much more difficult to level up the reputation. To get the highest level reputation "Lord of the Fish" you would need to spend/sell 50milion Kr at the particular port. Maybe you can use that as end goal, get max reputation at all ports.

Should scan farther ahead of your cod area,around that island. Put that into a time laps would work, just a suggestion

The best and easiest way to unlock the map is with the follburen upgraded engine and radar, it doesn't use up the fuel like the other one's, don't drive all over the place, just fast travel from here to there, i used it all over even the green circle, open water, it doesn't take long.

you know im actually really surprised people still playing this game, i played it back when it first came out and haven’t touched it since 2020, I just reinstalled it and give it try again.

That boat with max radar, I unlocked the entire map! Get max radar!

With max radar you get 500m radius and for under 20k its easily the cheapest upgrade, and with max engine you can be speeding through at 50Km/hr, i unlocked the southeast corner within 2 hour.

This is a good game and some of us have reached the end, but the devs left out a lot of things that they are trying to put in the next two games which is backwards, barents sea have floating ice and no upgradable hulls for it, docks you can't use and noth Atlantic has fishfarms, you can't use , so now you have to wait years for the third one to pick up where they left off, and add bits and pieces to keep you interested and it seems like you're playing the same game over again. Get the follburen, and fully upgraded, it's slow but use less fuel and then you can just fast travel all over the map to open up all of the areas
