I not really, he is so a easy free win hunter to face against as surv. No wonder he could kite him 5 cipher there, this area is good against dash hunters these red church windows if you have fast vaulting as he used 39 with 9 alot better to loop there. This red church kiting area is underrates asf

Percy can be an annoying fast dash Hunter, who also counts stunners like ench / antiquarian easily by spaming hits also breaking pallets faster by just hit if he have 50% energy.

Tbh he isnt "good enough" to play in COA. Again tbh noone is ready if I watch COA I just snooze as they all pallet spams and plays so inefficient because they are cowards and not skilled enough to be really a COA Player. COA Hunters is another topic most deserve their spots.

we can all agree that the world would be a better place if Percy didnt exist, why not make a character that just by holding the hit button cant get any stun even from pallets, kills someone faster on the floor and can see when they get up, and people say Ivy was op bc she counter seer and novelist

?... Well....tight kitting and breaking sigh is really good against him, as long as you as the player CAN kite, any character can kite. Plus surv's can stun, it's not weird we get a hunger with similar skillset

Percy is clearly like Bane a 1K / 1 Kill Hunter

Percy is underpowered most of his kits are so useless and predictable only safe manageable IF YOU DONT GET INWHILE HARASSED BEFORE and find very close each other LONG PASSAGES, while again a flywheel can counter his dash hits and stun / transfer hits, chip hunters like Antonio are a better 1 Kill Hunter picks than him.
