Making Isomalt Mushrooms

This neo-woodland cake is coated with marbled buttercream on one tier, and layered texture on the other ... and then it's dressed with gilded edible moss and delicate isomalt shrooms. It's a modern twist on your garden variety mushroom cake!

Wow! Are the spaghetti pieces cooked?

Yes! I cooked a little, bent and then oven dried on low temp...just to get a good solid curve!

Yes totally! Just do a search for edible moss…I don’t have a video for it but others do! It’s just a cake batter that you tear out of the pan after baking (or most ppl microwave) 🩷🩷🩷
