うちの実家ではお雑煮には角もちを焼かずに入れます。お雑煮は地域や家庭によって味付けや具材など様々なのでおもしろいですよね。

Hi, Chika and happy new year. This ozoni looks really good. That made me hungry and miss Japanese food (because I am in Canada). I think you made ozoni which is Kanto style, because in my region (I am from Wakayama), we use 白みそ(white-miso) to make ozoni. I just wanted to share that.

Japanagos(ジャパナゴス) Chika this soup the way you assemble the dish to me is by far beter than any 5 mishelin star resturant, can you reply something to me Chika yoshida, I know my youtube account doesn't reveal any picture of me but if is due to my job, but Chika I really really want to meet you so can you give someone who is truely intrested in you a chance with just a reply, just listening to you talk makes me warm Chika yoshida :).

Wow so domestic ha! In Hawai'i we use to get passion fruit or guava, blend it and then make it to mochi balls. I miss it. Obviously not relevant really but I had say it. Suggestion: I saw the Go Gear camera, I know you're rich and can afford it, maybe next time so you don't slip and slide down Mt. Fuji.

I read about ozoni earlier this month and looks quite yummy to eat. Curious, I know near the end of the video you said 暖まる、curious as to how you said it ( あったまる)cause when I first saw it in the video, i remembered it as あたたまる, and could not find a dictionary word for あったまる。Did you say it in a slangish/cutesy type of way? If so, is this a girlish way or neutral way? sorry for knit picking >.< . I hope I can try お雑煮 next year :D .

it's formally 暖まる, but in casual conversation we often say あったまる♪ it's not girly though, guys can say it too :)
