Yes, she does seem a bit tired. Last time I saw her like this and face slightly swollen I questioned if any good news, I was happy I was right. At least the boys have a sister. I cannot imagine how this couple manages to cook in mostly hot weather outdoors. I'd be roasting and wanting AC

I love kashmiri chai. But I've never seen this method. I start with boiling water and patti and ilaichi, basyaan ka phool, then add lots of water to fill the whole deghchee, then when 1/3rd evaporates, add very very cold water and ice, then add baking soda and salt. In the end i add full cream milk and a bit of whole cream. When this whole mixture thickens I add salt and badaam pista. In the UK all restaurants sell this with sugar 🥴 gross. I only like this salted. But I can see how you started with ice and the color immediately shows pink. Mine sometimes doesn't come that dark pink. I will try this way. I have also found the good quality patti here. Thank you ❤❤❤❤❤
