- Ingredients for 3 to 4 servings:
About 7 lasagna noodles
mozzarella cheese
Cheddar cheese
olive oil
A little bit of salt
About two mushrooms
- Lagus sauce ingredients:
Commercial Tomato Sauce 1 Bottle (610 g) A Little Left
1 pack of minced beef (150 g)
half an onion
About 7cm of green onion (If you have a salad, chop the celery and put it in.)
1/4 carrot
1 spoon of minced garlic
olive oil
A little bit of salt
Pepper
(Add vegetables to your liking.)
- Bechamel sauce ingredients:
20g of butter
20g of flour
1 pack of milk (190 ml)
[Making lago sauce (It takes about 8 minutes)]
1. Pour olive oil in a pan and stir-fry 1 spoon of minced garlic.
2. Add vegetables and meat and stir-fry until the meat is done.
3. Add tomato sauce and stir-fry.
4. Add salt and pepper and stir-fry to complete.
[Making bechamel sauce (It takes about 3 minutes)]
1. Melt the butter in the pan.
2. Add the same amount of flour as butter and stir-fry over low heat.
3. When the flour turns yellow, add milk and stir.
(Combine the clumped flour.)
4. When it's thick, it's done.
[Making lasagna]
1. Add a little olive oil and salt to water and bring to a boil.
2. When the water boils, add lasagna noodles and cook as much as you want.
- 4 minutes if you like the chewy texture / 7 minutes if you like the soft texture
- It is not fully cooked because it is cooked once more with an air fryer.
3. Make ragu sauce and bechamel sauce.
4. In an oven bowl, apply a little olive oil and spread mushroom.
5. Put the lagu sauce on top and layer the ingredients prepared with cheddar cheese, noodles, and bechamel sauce.
6. Place mozzarella cheese on top.
7. Put it in an air fryer and bake it at 190 degrees for 10 minutes.
- It may vary depending on the air fryer and the amount you prepared, so please adjust the time while looking at it.
8. Place parmesan or truffle cheese powder on top of well-done lasagna, as desired.
9. Done.
