I love this traditional way of showing a family, but I like that also the children both boys and girls cook and do different chores.

Brought back memories when we used to help our mom ( RIP ) prepare meals. We are 5 sisters and 5 brothers. Mom would keep a rice, flour, and pinto beans bucket in the pantry. Mom taught us all, even my 5 brothers how to cook. Great memories!

Im almost 60 years old and my dad would let us drive the old red tractor we farmed in Homestead, Florida when it was still farmlands and we had chickens and fresh eggs every day. I can’t get enough of watching this family, I only had four children but I used to have them all involved in helping baking round my Ireland in the kitchen using there own rolling pins and cutters etc, they all have wonderful memories of those days. Now we have eight grandchildren and they do exactly the same I have a Baking day once every week, then also once per week they all come for evenjng meal, that’s when I get them involved in the clearing up not just the cooking. I’m having them All for Christmas Day and they are all so excited that they are coming to grandma and grandads for Christmas. I’m not in Such good health as I used to be but I have two granddaughters who love helping out. It’s fantastic, this is why I love watching Balletina farm brings back such wonderful memories. Hi! I saw in the beginning of the video you wondering what culture is responsible for the making of dolmades (dolma). They are a traditional Armenian food, but are often overlooked as Turkish since Armenia is a smaller and lesser known country. Hope this helps! PS: I love your videos!
