Not doubting your sandwich doesn't taste great. But it is made nothing like a fiet o fish in order to call it that. Filet o fish is a McDonald's thing. It would be more if you just called yours a fish sandwich and titled your video with something like a better fish sandwich than a filet o fish because you aren't trying to copy it.
