At our nursery, we sometimes pot bare root fruit trees with soil in fiber pots (compressed peat moss); this allows us to sell them to the public at any time throughout the year even before they are rooted without compromising the growth of the trees. Your method, however, is superior for quick sales; and it also keeps the cost lower. I appreciate all the videos you all do.

Have you thought of getting into to trees? Im thinking of starting a nursery and have plenty of space for both. I like trees as with plants i belive it possible to let them die easier

I bet you would be immensely successful with fig cuttings. You should take a few cuttings off those plants before you sell them. ❤

Do you not need something in the bag to keep the roots from drying out? Excuse my ignorance, just trying to learn.

Definitely would if they would be in there for any length of time. As they are, I water them every couple of days to keep moist and keep them in shade.

Hi, I got a question on a different topic. I’m just growing green giants and I went out on am Leonard to get some Florikan I noticed the one you usually get the 18-5-12 140 day is like $136 a bag but I noticed there was a 17-5-11 180 day for $87 bucks. Do you think it matters much for arborvitae? Both are Florikan?
