03:30 Many creators focus too hard on the deliverables. Rather focus on the benefits to the customer. 04:35 Find a pricing and percentage that will actually incentivize your affiliates. You're there to make them money. 07:55 People don't buy the coaching course, they buy the coach. 10:30 Schedule your social media content up front. Then, contribute extra stuff as it arises throughout the day. 20:50 Selling a $5 book allows you to build an email database of customers and contact them with higher-tier products. 23:10 It takes the same amount of work selling a $10 guide to selling a $5000 dollar workshop. 25:27 When you focus on the fundamentals, success happens. Tactics are for peasants. As the business owner, your focus should be the on strategy. 27:05 Give reasons for your customers to take action. People want more comfort, more security, to feel appreciated, to be recognized, status and love.

Same here, when I set audacious goals and too long term, i get anxious and stressed. Thanks for sharing that thought about system thinking.

The part when Jose mentioned he felt anxious and stressed when thinking about big goals for the future gave me peace. I'm so curious I can't force myself to have a fixated idea of what I want the future to look like and instead work on what feels right at the moment and allow unexpected events to happen as they inevitably do.
