drea please use the river to fill and i think that area you found the other bucket maybe a reset for lost items? just a thought. you can probably also use the bucket you found towards the end of the video to make the shine give it a try. Please take care of the truck next episode.Loved the video though!

you're correct, that area is the "lost and found" anything that falls through the map ends up there as far as i know. also, i'm not sure if filling the buket at the river was an option, i tried doing it and nothing happened, but maybe i didn't wait long enough.

yeah, just did some testing, you do have to take the bucket to one of the faucets to fill it, the river doesn't work

Drae to complete the quest with the furniture all you have to do is bring it to the landfill/garbage bag bin and sell it to the garbage man. Then return to the other guy in the lawn chair to finish it and start the next mission.

6:48 "Why would it be zero?" Because that's Ohms, not Volts. An old-style meter like this one (and yes, the HC-5050E is a real meter, as i found out) has several scales under the same needle. Depending on what exactly you are measuring (DC/AC/Ohms/Amps) and max setting (300v, 120v, 30v and so on), you have to look at the corresponding scale to get accurate measurement. Saves you from having to do a bunch of math and conversions. 12v is also a setting on that meter, and the in-game model's dial is set correctly btw, but since a properly charged 12v battery is actually closer to 13v that would explain why the needle swings past the end of the scale. The reason why that Ohm scale is backwards from Volts is because to measure resistance the meter simply energizes the probes with very low voltage and measures what makes through. It is still essentially a volt meter, just with a different scale, so higher voltage simply means lower resistance and lower voltage indicates higher resistance.

That's usually where moonshine stills were set up, next to or close by natural sources of water. Part of it was that it would be a pain to lug the necessary amount of water that deep into the woods and in lugging that much water would also most likely draw the attention of rival moonshiners and the authorities. Also, on another note, using natural spring water supposedly makes better shine.....

All the people commenting on the fact that Drae did not show him attempting to use river water instantly think he just ignored the river to make higher quality shine 🤦 although is a fun reason to think he wasn’t using river water. I think it would’ve been more fun if he hadn’t edited the attempt to use river water out. Drae is the editor and creator so he gets to choose what we watch.

The area you found the bucket and the Beef-a-reeno is the Lost&Found, that is your lost bucket that has gone missing(through the world). The stuck item in your hands you can fix by hitting 'TAB' and clicking directly at the item or drag the inventory space that says the item name away from the center of the screen. Water can only be added to the bucket on 2 sources of water, being one at your garage and another at the gasstation (you cannot use the river or waterbed ATM).

Fermented white sugar makes clear rum. Caramelized sugar makes brown rum. Corn Whisky is made from corn and depends on the sugars and starches in the corn for the fermentation. I have no clue what 3 to 1 white sugar and corn meal makes - really nasty rum, I guess. Actually that much sugar would kill the yeast. Most moonshiners make their stills near a mountain stream because the stream water is unpolluted by chemicals and any microbes like amoebas in the water are killed when the mash is cooked (most don't drive to town to get water from a tap at the gas station). The stream also provides the cold water necessary to condense the alcohol out of the steam in the cooling coil. You are not unlucky with this game. It's a typical example of someone building a game in Unreal or Unity that doesn't really know how or when to implement the physics engine, doesn't understand the "parse rate", and depends on it too heavily to handle object interaction and animation. The developer of Hydroengineer learned these things over time, if you remember how that game behaved when it first came out.
