I am thankful you allow us to learn from you!! Every video I watch I learn something new. There is no place in the world for negativity!! I can't understand why one would feel the need to say something bad. If you don't like a video, stop watching it. Geeeee!!! Just keep being you, Gayle!! ❤️

Oh goodness! I totally appreciate these videos. I have sleep issues and I end up starting vids from the start about three times in the night and again in the morning if I slept better than usual and I missed some parts. It is hard to find someone willing to talk for an hour on a topic I find interesting lol I wake up with all kinds of motivation to make it into my craft room. Thank you from those of us who have night time issues.

TFS! You made me laugh when you stamped the Santa and got excited. I do the same thing when I craft and it turns out better than I expected. My husband always laughs at me!

About those critical comments...Isn’t it funny how the negative sticks in our minds? I can remember the one question I missed on my drivers test 54 years ago, but I don’t have a clue what the questions I got right were. We tell ourselves to focus on the positives, but those few negatives nibble away at us. I’ll bet you get 100+ positive comments to every one negative, right? Another thing I don’t understand is people who click on thumbs down. I don’t even know why KZbin has that option. If I don’t particularly care for a video, I don’t click either thumb. I have watched every single one of your videos, and I’ve clicked thumbs up on every one of them. You are a gem! 💐
@barblydell98006 жыл бұрын
Sometimes I think people hit that button by mistake - I did that once and then unchecked it but I wasn't sure if the thumbs down still counted. Hopefully that's what happened. I can't imagine not liking a Gayle video.
@gayleagostinelli_ct6 жыл бұрын
Thanks, Jan! And thanks so much for the thumbs up! I agree on the thumbs down thing. If I don’t like a video, I just go to a different one. Maybe You Tube will figure out that it’s just perpetuating negativity with the thumbs down thing. Actually, there is someone out there that immediately gives nearly every one of my videos a thumbs down. I think they must have my channel on notification. If you look at my videos, almost every one has at least one thumbs down. That’s the other thing I don’t like about it....you can’t tell who is doing it. Anyway, the thumbs down don’t bother me any more. And I really do just try to concentrate on people like you who are so kind, affirming and supportive. As my husband tells me....almost 13,000 people can’t be wrong!! He’s such a great support! Big grateful hugs to you Jan!! ❤️

I sit and craft with you all the time and it's awesome because I'm the only one around here who makes journals. So I feel like I'm crafting with a friend. Hugs! ❤

Have watched and adored each and every one of these craft with me sessions Gayle. I missed your story about your fall though. A little bit of "life" going on here, so I have had to watch in spits and spittle's. Glad to hear you are okay. Your hubs is correct Gayle, the more folks that watch and subscribe, the more people that fall in love with you and your craft and the more true, heartfelt and affirming comments you will receive. Unfortunately it also opens you up to those who feel the need to make negative comments instead of just moving on to something else. That always slays me. I know of course you want to please everyone but believe me Sista, that ain't gonna happen. lol Such gorgeous journals Gayle. Love them all!

I just love you, Donna! Why can’t we live next door to one another?? Spits and spittle’s. 😂😂😂. I love it! I may have to borrow that one!! @@gayleagostinelli_ct I too feel we could be wonderful crafty neighbors. Maybe some of your organizational skills would rub off on me. Stay warm dear Montana friend. It's already colder here in KY for my taste. I detest winter. Soooo, guess I would have to be a summer, fair weather neighbor. LOL

Seams that everyone came down with the inking worries at the same time ! Just wondered why you don't put the stick glue on the paper instead of the tape ? Maybe I need to change things .

Hi Gayle , These are wonderful and I totally am enjoying the whole process. I was wondering how the corner flips were going to open properly with the embellishment on them but today I realize they are altered paper clips... makes sense of course. I must have missed that segment somehow when you made those. Which video can I find them in? Thanks, Roylene

The chubbier the better !!!!! For journals that is hah! Hope I can rewatch Ep 1 as I plan on making 3 at a time...not an abititious 9 yet !
@gayleagostinelli_ct6 жыл бұрын
Vilma, yes, chubbier is better for journals, but I seem to have taken it on for myself as well! Haha! I call it fluffy! Yep, nana is a fluffy place to fall for her grand babies! Haha!! ❤️

Good choice on the sepia ink, I love it and use it even for inking around the edges. The vintage postcards are perfect in the belly bands! The Hobby Lobby in southeast Michigan also downsized to three paper-crafting aisles. (not including the planner section, that has it's own isle) I guess more on-line shopping is in my future. Were you cheering alot at the volley ball game? Your voice sounds tired. Thanks so much for taking the time to do these videos. I am enjoying all of it. - Becky
@gayleagostinelli_ct6 жыл бұрын
Haha, Becky, you have me pegged!! I wasn’t only cheering, I was screaming!! Oh my goodness, it was so exciting!! And when my granddaughter does something amazing....oh my...don’t stand close because this nana is yelling and jumping!! Haha! It was so much fun! You have a discerning ear to hear that I’m a little hoarse in the video!! Hugs! ❤️

OH Gayle - don't think you want to use the "coroner pink slips" do you - they are used to "pink slip" bodies into the morgue for autopsy's when a clear reason for death is not apparent. Love what you are doing right now and want you to know you have another fan. Have been watching for a couple months now and have learned so many new short steps and ideas for my journals. Did some "book making" about ten years ago and after watching you am off and running with junk journals which are so much more fun !! Thank you so much for just being you -

I am enjoying watching this series of videos that I missed. I know you love you art glitter glue but in this video you were using a lot of Tombo glue. Is there a reason to use tombo? Or should I just stick with the fabra-tac and art glitter glue? I’m guessing this was before we all found the art glitter glue.

I look at it this way if your not happy with someone who does this for free. Then move on & watch someone you pay for their time. You do a great job I enjoy your ideas so if you need to ink go ahead & ink. Have a great day & just do you.
