@@fredeatstheworld308 I would have bought Ableton instead of FL but it was so confusing. Now that I have an idea of how it works it seems much better, much more organized, and has lots more creative effects that FL does not have. I like FLs simplicity and freedom, but it has its flaws.

Hybrid Reverb is basically a Convolution Reverb! Which allows you to do Chime-like basses. Logic was the only DAW with a CR and Ableton color-bass producers were asking this for years now :))

@@dazukodtm Yeah but now it’s an official plugin within Ableton, not just a Max Download. That Convolution Reverb worked pretty wonky for me too, crashed my ableton a few times and had general hitches to it. Hopefully this one works works smoothly.

I'm glad that ableton doesn't completely take out the function of putting notes out of scale even with it on, cause if you're doing any sort of kawaii future bass or more jazz type chords it's still nice to be able to put notes out of scale. Probably won't be using it anyways, but nice to know they thought of that.

You should try using the velocity range feature. Just cmd+drag the velocity handles to get a range of possible velocities.

Seems really dope but I don't really like the "random trigger" function. I know these things are popular nowadays but at the end you'll need a final result. Idk if they did it but it could have been a better idea being able to automate the "complex pro" option when you modify a voice because, come on, we all need it ! (excepted for Little Alter Boy users but I was surprised discovering this wasn't featured in Live 10)

Nope as its probably gonna go, ableton will not give out free updates so u need to pay like 230 euros if you upgrade to suite before 11 drops which is probably the best deal cause i doubt the 11 standard ipgrade is gonna be any cheaper

Guys, dont fight, being real, im just saying that people are hyped for this new ableton version when fl studio already had pretty much all these features for like 2 versions. Obviously,this doesn't tell you anything, 'cause the production level still depends on your ability and knowledge on sound design and composition wise, which is outside of any daw you choose, you can use the most expensive, most full of features DAW, but if you still make shitty tunes, thats on yourself. Again, obviously, DAWs doesnt give you abilities, it only grants you some tools to make your work kind of easier.

Im honestly kinda dissapointed. Comp tracks are nothing new and i dont see myself using all that randomization. Slynk also pinpointed that the new note expression sections takes up more space witch takes space away the piano roll and tracks doesn't indicate if they have comp tracks. What i really hoped for was an update to the warp modes or even a new one. I also hoped for some integrated pitch correction this time.
