Were you using us lumber standards? did you have to personally cut your G pieces to size?

Yup US standards. I got it cut at Home Depot!

Very cool! I was eyeing up this desk in the book myself. How much do you think it cost in materials?

Glad you enjoyed the video Joseph! I built this quite a few years ago so can't remember what I spent. I went for the cheapest possible materials! You'll probably be able to get a quick idea by searching for a sheet of ply, some cheap timbers and screws on your local builder's merchant website. As a learning experience, making the desk, was invaluable! Good luck with it!
