- MOT (road legal tires and horn)

How's your MOT got daylight use only I'm thinking about buying one from Lincoln Honda but they won't very helpful about helping me put it on the road

Its only daylight MOT cause no headlight, tail light or indicatiors - I did have a tail light on mine but for the MOT you need to tape it cause if one lights on they all need to be on. I just wanted a brake light so cars can see im slowing down

hello mate i am trying to do the nova process, when you log in you click create or amend, next stage private individual, next stage now asks am i importing a bike from Republic of Ireland into GB using a delayed declaration? or EU into Northern Ireland? mine is a KTM450 SXF 2020.5 and this question is throwing me off as i dont want to get it wrong ! the video you linked has another question at the top, if you could help me on this mate or anyone could this would be much appreciated

Ohhhh yeh I remember doing this and having the same problem, I’m pretty sure I clicked Ireland to GB but I think after that you got to select a couple options I’m sure I found another video going over it I must have forgot to link it but if you search you will find, it’s just watching a few videos, look for recent ones within the last 2/3 years is your best bet

I ran 14/48 for street - 14/44 is a popular choice of sprockets for sm and is a good mix of street / wheelies... I went back to stock gearing tho eventually as I mainly road at the strip, 14/44 will be a good setup for street 💯

You just need to contact the manufacturer and they will do it for a few, each manufacturer is different… I think: Honda, kawi, Suzuki are £50 Yamaha £90 KTM I don’t think charge Anyway you contact the manufacturer say you want a letter of newness and it has to be signed aswell and they will post it to you

I don’t actually think it’s necessary I think a friend told me he didn’t do it, I just followed what someone told me who done multiple bikes so I could make sure it was done for the season… give it a go worst case they send your stuff back and go again with cover note
