That's a lot of hot, hard work!! Have you guys ever used cooling rags around your necks to help with the heat? I use them for my walks here in Florida. For me, they help a lot, and when they need it, just shake them, and they cool off again!

Tracy,have you tried the long strips of shiny metal hanging in apple trees another things in your garden to keep the deer scared away. I know several farmers and others who say they really work for them ? It’s so heart breaking for you to come home and find what you did. If you try this please let others know. God bless

Tracy…my husband and I are 74 and 73. We go out to our garden around 9-10 and work til lunch. Our clothes are soaking wet and we are absolutely drained. We live in west central Georgia.
