I’ve done a knuckleknife on bomblance. Here, it was the narrow wooden plank so the guy can’t dodge/jump. On the ground though would be easily possible knife a bomblance.

This is very good, however I thought of a way to make the "boss compound" clips far more painful for enemies. Use a flechette medium weapon and lance as primary, use grounded to hide among ai/not need to kill them. The flechette is very important as it is a phenomenal torture tool against these trio teams, it rarely kills but almost always requires the enemy to retreat no matter how bad your aim is. Another big recommendation is to get as many kills as possible out of a team before finishing them off. When a team is down to one player just let them be/revive everyone and return later. Now this next strategy has its downsides but still might be off interest. Go in as a trio and practice the toolbox trap spam strategy on a boss compound. From here your partners will be sent away and let you continue to mess with the players. In the meantime they can set up more traps across the map. :)

the reason I don't mind this playstyle is that it requires so much patience that it feels almost fair to get the result with it. Like dude was sitting for 2 mins in the bush at the supply point, I would never be patient enough to do it, and 2 min is not even long for him UPD: haha it's 2 mins until the start of encounter, it keeps going. I never watched any body for so long

There are nuances of course but that's me overall feeling. After all it's good that Hunt has variety like this and does not seem to have obvious imba strats that don't match the logic I described

Yes it was very difficult to get these clips and I had many failed attempts. Although, instinct is a little less common now since Death Cheat was fixed.

@@sayler1 shotguns specifically in damage log seem to be janky, they almost always show less than they actually dealt (especially on a deathblow) ever since 1.13 dropped. I usually see between 120-135 for a oneshot.
