Making my Renaissance Faire Outfit! Ft. the 2024 Oregon Renaissance Faire

I've got tickets for the Canterbury Faire on the 20th and your thumbnail made me panic thinking I had somehow mixed up the date until I realized we're talking about different faires. 😅 I didn't realize there was one in Canby, I'll have to check it out next year. I'm working on my partner's costume. Mine is a conglomeration of clothes and things I already had since I do some historybounding. But of course I'm probably overdoing it on his, with a linen shirt and overtunic, bracers, pauldrons, gaiters, hood and a sword. I'm using a lot of things we already have around though so it's been a fun challenge. This will be our first ren faire!

@Madamoizillion That sounds amazing!! The canby one is so fun and they do 3 separate weekends with different themes! My opinion is that you can never do too much for a faire! I hope you have a great time at your first faire!!
