MAKING MY VERSION OF ALOO PIE (POTATO PIE) AND SALTFISH PIE

Today my wife and I wanted to make something nice and we decided on making my version of Aloo pie or potato pie. We also made some saltfish pie, both was so delicious and satisfying! Hi Rockey, a great tip to know when using onions that will avoid tears. After peeling the onions rinse it under water before cutting it. Let me know if it works for you. This is what I do and it work for me.
