I think this is the same as “sea dye”. We had it in the USAF. Air crew would dump it in the ocean to mark a spot. It was an orange powder, but would turn fluorescent green when it came in contact with water. The worms have a high water makeup, and thin, porous skin, so they soaked it up quick. On my last day of my 4 year enlistment, i was tied up and soaked with water. Then the guys dumped sea dye all over me. It took a week of showers to get the yellow stain off my skin.

Totally works!!!!!! I had a deep sea fishing trip in Morro Bay CA. I had this big plan to film my worms and any fish I catch..... Unfortunately asap the boat stopped to fish I got ill. However I was able to fish with my worms and hooked a black sea bass. I don't share the same thought that the worms like the worm glo my worms behavior was that it hurt them, still I used the product and worked.

Sometimes piers considered as a private property, which you need permission to fish off. Also access might be restricted, which will render trespassing. Kayak is the best option also it is mobile.

It'd be interesting to do a comparison between the glow worms and other forms of bait. I generally use chicken and when I can get to a bait shop prawn and squid. How good is the fight in catfish? I got sick of them for a while, but after all the smaller yellowfin bream I appreciate the fight from the bigger cats now!

Used it for years when it came out in 1992. I've taken people fishing around boat docks when spotted bass were being finiky. Actually seen worms that were died sold in Walmart. Rig em like you do a plastic worm and use a small split shot & hold on!!!! They really excel in Clearwater during fall and spring months. Toxic part is not been proven to be detrimental to the environment. I wouldn't want to get the dye in my mouth or a cut. But no worries so far. Tournament fished for years and I still use the dye from time to time
