That's not true. Ryan changed his mind and said he didn't feel comfortable with it, so they did the generic Ken instead. For some reason he changed his mind again this year. This is confirmed to be true, why are you lying?

@@FreddyKruegerTheDreamDemon They aren't lying... By the way this is very Dumb! They did show us a Ryan faced Ken and Margo as Barbie ...before the movie or dolls ever came out. Then...when they did ...we got standard Ken face. We did in fact get regular Ken because Ryan wasn't down when it was time to mass produce the dolls. You can probably find barbie videos that show you what we are talking about .

I am the most bitter Ken doll collector right now about this Movie Ken situation. While I'm glad Mattel is doing the right thing with the new Ryan face molds, I'm upset that they did Ken dirty and didn't take the time or money to do a Gosling face mold in the first place on the Ken dolls. He was literally the STAR of the movie. Did Miss Robbie get nominated for an Oscar? NO. Only Mr. Gosling. Again as a male doll collector (both meanings, I'm male and collect male dolls) now I have to buy the new Ryan dolls, along with extras, to replace and redress dolls I already paid for once. And I STILL want the smiling face mold of Ryan. They could have at least released new Perfect Day Ken with the closed mouth and roller blade with the smiling face. UGGGGHHHH!

Here in ATL the Studio Movie Grill on Pleasant Hill/Venture Drive had a Its The Journey Pre Screening event for $10 General Admission and $25 VIP Admission. Both tickets came with your choice of Margot Barbie or Ryan Ken. 😩 I wouldve gave you my extar tickets, my sibling got sick and couldnt come. I ended up with 2 Ryan Kens

This "Ryan" Ken looks great. However, I pre-ordered two "Kenough" Kens a year ago from Mattel with this sculpt for $50 each that have not been shipped yet. Why do people who waited get to have this Ken for half what I paid -- before mine are even shipped?! Also, if Mattel sold me this sculpt a year ago that means they ALREADY had Ryan's approval...so why did it take so long to ship? 🤨
