Pat Lantinga I don’t have that issue. I’m not sure who your supplier is, that may be the problem? Your blues should be blue if you’re using the right amount

Loving these blues. Your soaps are always so beautiful. You put so much love into making every batch especially when you pipe the tops. Always enjoy watching you. Quick question: have you ever experienced any color change working with blues? I notice that a number of soaps I made with a particular set of blues from a reputable supplier always have them looking a weird mucky color after cure.This only happens with my blue micas. Not sure whether anyone else has had a similar experience. Have done a bit of research and haven't had any luck figuring out why.

Jai Sparks Hey! Thank you so much for the compliments! Your blues should definitely be blue. It will depend a lot on the color of your base oils. For example: if you use pomace olive oil or if your base oils are dark, it will affect the color.
