Hey Bros, As First thanks for 100 000 Subs :D
For this video I made Andúril out of beech wood. It took me about 8 days every day from 9 am to 11 pm (sometimes after midnight) it was a lot of work but it is worth it!
I am also super thankful to Lukasz Kapuscinski, not only for letting me use his music for video, but for making beautiful arrangements for guitar. I personally play many of his arrangements because they are simply absolutely beautiful !!

grip made from genuine leather - tinted black

There is also elvish writing on the pommel, which was on Narsil before Andúril was made from Narsil shards, but that was a bit too complicated to carve so I didn't do it because I could mess up whole sword.

I've recently started my 3 year training/apprenticeship/so and so to become a carpenter and when im bored i make wooden swords. And i can now say that the swords you make are what I've set as a goal for myself for these next years. Though i believe keeping the wood unpainted is often a better aesthetic than hiding it under the metal paintjob

Epic Workshop but your last upload was 10 months ago? Well I hope the new workshop is what you want it to be. If you don’t already watch Adam Savage’s Tested channel (yes that Adam Savage from Mythbusters) here on KZbin, you should check it out. He has a lot of vids on workshop infrastructure. Well if you do make the Zweihander in particular. Make sure it’s as tall or a bit taller than you. Real Greatswords were polearms in the shape of a sword. A lot of modern reproductions (even by good sword brands like Albion) make them waaaay too small. So people often think they were smaller than they were.

Yeah because I work during the summer as tour guide on a boat around national park islands and I play guitar at the street everyday, then workshop came in October 2019.. it is a lot of work, we still didn't get machines nor electricity so I am still without videos.

Hi Bro I'm so sorry, I hope I will be back soon 😞 this corona virus messed everything up. Me and my Bro opened a craft for woodwork and we got funds from self-employment incentive from EU. We bought big woodworking machines from Austria (Hammer Groupe) and also big thing is that we are moving our workshop to a new location which is an old donkey barn made from stone, now cleaned and wooden floor made, wall painted and so on.. (3 months of work) all is ready for move in but tools delivery is postponed because of this situation. I am home in quarantine practicing music instruments, and thinking of new projects 🍻 I miss all of you Bros 💚 Moris

You mean fuller? I used router and gouge to make the fuller. For tips, there is no tips, only your precision and dedication to make it look straight and symmetrical. Sharp tools will help a lot in this build 😉
