I have always loved to sing. I'm 82 but I still have a pretty good voice. We used to have a group that sang a variety of music. We performed locally and were very popular. I would love to do this. Hymns are the most fun to sing but I won't ever be able to afford or to go where they perform.

That is just beautiful how you put this all together, I appreciate your efforts so much more now, and would love to be a part of this one day! That album is my favorite! It speaks so beautifully of God's Faithfulness and His Great love towards us, and how He continually takes care of us, and never leaves nor forsakes us! He is God and He is Sovereign! Hallelujah! I don’t know why I have only just found Praise and Harmony earlier this year. I pray one day I can have the experience of joining but coming from Tasmania it is a long way but not impossible. At the 17:39 mark, the young man is talking about how he had to bow out of the recording because the lyrics got to him. I'm a "song starter" back in my home congregation (they do not want a worship leader ... it looks like you are showing off and "bullying yourself to the lead as if you are the only one who knows what to do" ... sad ... VERY SAD, but true). Some songs I have a VERY hard time getting through, like "I Love The Lord" ... but ... "In Need" is a song that at the very least, brings water out of my eyes and usually has me sobbing to myself like a child, the words are so powerful, and I've listened to that song dozens of times, sometimes a dozen times in a row. I'm glad I'm not the only one!! And, with lyrics like, "Could we with ink the oceans fill and were the skies of parchment made, were every stalk on earth a quill, and every man a scribe by trade. To write the love of God above, would drain the ocean dry. Nor could the scroll contain the whole, thou' stretched from sky to sky!! The love of God, how rich and pure!! How measureless and strong!! It shall forevermore endure, the saints and angels song!!! WOW!!! What a thought!! What Lyrics!! And how do you sing such powerful stuff without shedding tears????? Pardon my rambling. I'm very passionate about worship!!!!!

I’m a soprano who is in school to become an elementary music teacher, student teaching this fall and planning on graduating in December of this year (2018).
