Making Organic Balloon Clusters

This is what I usually do to make my organic balloon clusters when making organic balloon decor. I do use the Qualatex brand and each cluster consists of 2- 16 inch balloons and 4-11 inch balloons. And this is just the base of my organic balloon decor. When I get on site, I add other sizes to make my balloon decor yummy.
