I just love what you do with the mailers we get in the mail Angela. I have accumulated a bunch of them for the last few months, but for some reason or another I can't bear to just throw them out when I know they can be put to use. We all have just so much space, so I must keep it under control. I can even see some of these going into a greeting card as an added spot for "stuff". This is going to be another beautiful looking journal!! Today is Sat. & it's a frigid 2 above 0 !!! Be well, be safe & TYFS

Hello Angela, so nice to hear your soothing voice today. Yes, I have plenty of mailers to recycle, probably too many. I think for making a opening in the patterned papers, I would sacrifice one of the mailers (since I have so many of the same ones) and use it with the plastic part inside the envelope removed and keep it as a template to use to trace out the opening on the patterned papers. I love how you find ways to add pockets and flips! So very pretty! I also had a 2" punch break on me! The spring inside came unattached and rattled around. (Hubby took it apart thinking he could fix it...nope!) TFS 🤗

Don't you love it when your other half takes things apart and then no luck. I was not impressed with the 2" circle punch. I am not going to replace it. Just through it in the bin! Fuming about that.
