Raven one of the things u can buy with tickets is the little neck thing u were complaining about its a part of the black and white dress with the headband just check the mannequin and its on the neck! that way u CAN color just that! You can also save colors in dti when u click recents just click next to it on save so u dont have to copy and paste the url every time! And one last thing- There is a headband without the flower i'm pretty sure its near the heart necklace but if its not its prob near the books! Oh groggy idk if u know, but if you go to the back of the room where the skirts and tennis rackets and wings are, if you click on the pillar next to the palm tree, (if you are in free play mode near the picture of the dress to impress picture) you can get some cute, thin hoop earrings that you can toggle to be big or small
