For everyone who is asking me about William's eye: I have mentioned this several times in various videos, but the best explanation is in his box opening video from October. Basically; William's head is defective and cracked/split along his eyebrow prior to being shipped to me when his eyes were being adjusted. His artist patched him up as best she could, making the crack look like a scar, and he will be receiving a new head soon.
