I want to put in Amalgam and the deathrattle spreader in this deck list, which cards do I cut? I feel like this is a better fit cuz you have more targets rather than just Helya.

I would try cutting something like 1 drink server, 1 guardian, and 1 horizon's edge or even buttons, not sure. Have to experiment.

I don't like the Drink servers. Most of the time drinks aren't useful and they also clog up your hand. Consider trying Icecrown brochure: it's another frost spell that also toggles into a fire one, which good for Razzle and won't make Buttons overdraw you cards

I had considered it before, and I didn't like it. It feels like health drinks and other drinks are better for Rainbow and more useful after turn 8, for example. The deck building was about 2 hours on stream, and we considered that card.

Depends on the matchups i guess. Against big mage and flood paladin it helped me more but i can see how drinks would be better against other classes

irk, drink is all about flexibility of the deck. I think it is a good addition, and in this video I just tested how this card can do in this archetype.
