Thanks for the tip dude. I have another clip of me doing this without the trampoline and I’m doing the same thing. I think gymnastics is also about breaking habits…it’s kinda hard but I’ll keep trying.

@@chalmer19 it is I'm afraid. I see so many people throw their heads back which automatically put the body into extension rather than being in contraction and rounded. Moving the arms up quickly and forcefully gives you the greatest height in your jump which in turn gives you the longest amount of time to perform the skill. Tucking tighter will make for a faster rotation too.

@@andrewbarnes8475 think it’s a fear thing too. I’m worried I won’t rotate backwards if I don’t start to already lean back.
