Shakshuka is a tasty and savory dish with North African and Middle Eastern origins. Eggs poached in a spicy tomato sauce based on peppers, garlic and herbs. Served here for breakfast, but customize it and serve it with rice, coucous or quinoa and you have a complete meal!
INGREDIENTS:
3 medium tomatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves of garlic
1 red pointed pepper
1 tsp salt
½ tsp sugar
½ tsp cayenne pepper
50 g gruyere
5 eggs
some salt
some dill
