Hey! I think i can help a little now! I used google translate to translate a few parts of it. They made the prototype for the top part out of an epoxy moulding putty. I dont think they said how they made the bottom part but by the looks of it, it's probably just a slab of acrylic or resin with other pieces (probably store bought decorations) stuck to it.

初コメですが、いつも動画見させて貰っています☺️ 原型からモールドまで自分で作ってしまうなんてとっても凄いです！ しかもとっても可愛いので毎回欲しいと思いながら見ていましたが今回さらに欲しい欲が😍💕✨ 自分でオルゴール作ってみたいと思いましたが(メリーゴーランド🎠は無理です)オルゴールの回転台🤔？探しても中々見つからないので、そういった材料探しも凄いなとしみじみ思いました😅
