Not sure about 23, but on 20 you don't need a straw slinger. You can use a loading wagon and it unloads straight into the animal pen

You can do that on any of the FS versions it's just way more realistic if you use a bale shredder because the straw appears as if it's going into the pen and not the feed trough.

@Joseph Bennett not really. Having worked on feedlots for several years we never strawed pens. The yard that got straw we drove a tractor into and loaded loose. Baling then shredding was a waste of time and money.

@@1one3_Racing farmers which have cattle barns or pig pens and have lots of straw use bales to save on space and use a shredder to tear apart the bale and throw the material into the pen then they go in and flatten the straw.

Why do i get "bale not supported" when i try to wrap up the bale.

This typically happens whenever you try to wrap hay or straw. Gotta make sure it’s only grass bales.

On FS20, I had some bales fall into the cow pen. They have been there for years. No way to get them out…🤨

I’ve found this game to be glitchy and almost zero information IN the game. Some of the best features from the earlier games are missing. Like getting a loan and buying passive income items like the windmills and solar panels. Really unimpressed with this game.
