Hi Molly I've recently come across your videos and I'm binging them; I love them so much! In one of your videos you talked about your brain really seeking light input, moreso in certain circumstances. You spoke of it being hard to look away from lights at times when you really are craving that input. Could you talk more about this? My step son, as well as his brothers from his mom, have autism. I also worked with toddlers on the autism spectrum for 5 years. What you described sounds so much to me like "stemming" behavior those children often partake in. I'd love to hear your perspective on that sort of sensory seeking to help better understand what these little ones are going through, as they cannot explain it to me.
