Hi Miss Alicia. There is so much more you can do with the boiled sorrel. You can make jelly, jam,amchar, chutney, concentrate the juice to use in cakes, ice cream and also tea. That particular type of sorrel is more sour. Great looking at your way of making your sorrel drink.❤❤😊
