Awesome video, I like how slick those are against the belly. I'm curious, you can buy beast hooks that are weightless, meaning no lead on them. Can you fit those into the mold at all? If they do fit, that may be a good way to make some of those sleeker looking weights but on a beast hook so you don't have to bend the hooks? I don't pour lead so I'm just guessing here, but just something I thought of. Oh and I really dig those fancy coasters you got there... LOL Cheers brother!!

Thanks man! Trying to keep some fresh new content. I think I can fit beast hooks in that mold but they are so darn expensive. Mustads are much more cost effective. Thanks for the coasters bro! 🤣

Looks like you just about got that bait complete. It definitely looks good. Can't wait till you get it out next year for some rod bending action. You and your family have a wonderful Christmas and a blessed New Year. Be blessed. My friend.

Link in the description, swivels come with split rings on them, 16mm or size 1 from Amazon.

Can you use owner beast hooks on that mold ?
@B8N_Tackle9 ай бұрын
Not really, you would have to bend the hooks to get them to fit right. Bending the hooks like I do once after pouring the lead is one thing but bending them twice is probably not great for the hooks strength.
