Giovanni is living out his dream in Wakayama, Japan. He and his wife are running their own agritourism business, restaurant, guesthouse and farm. They are also raising 34 free-range goats and making the best cheese you can get in Japan.
His guesthouse is located very close to the Kumano Kodo, an ancient pilgrimage route in Japan. So check out his kominka (traditional Japanese house) and enjoy some fine Italian food and wine, all sourced from local ingredients :).
