Chemistry made the most intuitive sense to me as far as classes in school and university. I was always the silent nerd type. Everybody seemed to struggle or find it tedious but for me everything from figuring out formulas to converting measurements and molar mass just fascinated me even as it did start to go a little over my head.

For my kindergarten system we had karma, the teacher would hold down the person and you'd get to do exactly what they did to you in return. One time in kindergarten a kid kicked me in the back and then a teacher held him down and told me to kick him in the back and I did.

just want to go on record. Ranking kids is not messed up. nor is trophies. The point is to get kids to realize that in the real world you are ranked on performance. Your boss will rank you higher if you do well and don't cause problems. Learning this as a child is helpful to proper development and setting them up for success in the future. Also Dropsys attitude toward destroying someone's property is very very wrong. I lost a bit of respect for her when she stated how they would throw rocks at peoples cars and Jerome said it's wrong to destroy someone's property and she then chimed in and saying well it was funny. No it's not funny. Do not damage other peoples things regardless of who they are.
