Here's yet another crafting glitch that we can use. It is quite different from the previous one, where we can force-craft something using the cursor glitch. Those will be performed as well, but the main star in this video is the false-attach glitch when upgrading fat man.

This glitch also works for modded game unless the mod specifically change the way the crafting menu works. Also works for all platforms.

Can confirm this works on the next gen version as of 3rd May 2024. Few tips: You dont have to glitch the attatchment if you can make it already. Just make the mirv then re-equip the standard. When you press scrap and modify together, you dont have to hold any buttons, just press them at the exact same time. Took me a few tries before i got the glitched pop up.

As far as i know, the pig launcher is a seperate mod. So you should be able to craft it (glitch or otherwise) and do something similar? Haven’t tried it though

@@jlb9577 You can glitch the piggie mod onto another weapon but it still makes you use the piggies as ammo the only exception ive found is institute weapons... They will get the mod and consume the piggie ammo but will still shoot standard lasers.

You're better off combining a pipe pistol with the missile launcher's auto targeting computer. Missiles are super powerful, much less likely to kill you as well as your enemy (and with a couple of Dense armor mods you can even become immune to the splash damage), and the missiles lock on as an added bonus. The MIRV attachment is fun, but missiles are superior, especially when combined with a pipe pistol or 10mm pistol.

@@Ajc-hi8yi before you start stating something is superior to another thing keep in mind that accuracy isn't necessarily the problem when you're using mini nukes or better yet the experimental MIRV in that case also if I wanted to use something like that and accuracy was a problem I would have just use a gauze rifle, not only is that thing more powerful than a rocket but it's also more accurate than a rocket too

I was onboard with restarting but I've encountered a glitch that will make you unable to leave the vault. Like you hit the bottom to leave and nothing happens.

As of August 16th, 2023, I can confirm this still works. I've decided to name mine Todd's Mistake (as a play on words for God's Mistake). Here's some tips for console users: 1) For the part where you are glitching the MIRV attachment into existence at 2:46, try using your thumbstick instead of the d-pad. I found it helped me. 2) For next gen console players, try turning the compatibility option for the game's performance on/off. For Xbox series X users, you press start (or whatever you call the button with 3 lines on it) on Fallout 4 from the dashboard and you'll find a tab for it there. I found turning it off finally gave me the results I needed, then I turned it back on again. Otherwise, be patient. It is harder than this video appears to make it out to be. Took me like 40 minutes to finally get it all right. Edit: This gun will kill you 100% of the time if you don't aim it relatively straight forward. Aiming it too far upwards or downwards is a disaster.

I think you can just right-click the pipboy and it will switch between far/close pov, if you are on PC. For consoles, I have no idea.

Sux, I can do everything except get the MIRV launcher mod to go through. Even without it I can push scrap and mod at the same time and it brings up the pipe pistol with MIRV mod available but since I can't get the glitch to go through with the fat man it requires all of the gun nut and science perks 😢

I've got the piggy mod so cant glitch the MIRV onto it. And when i tried to glitch the pig launcher onto it it uses piggies rather than pipe ammo, so im not hopeful for the MIRV mod when i can unlock that. I tried a missile launcher with a quad barrel too but that ends up shooting pipe ammo rather than missiles 😢

Even better, now you can just finish “when pig flies” quest to get a free fat man piggy bank launcher, so you don’t need to make a mirv launcher Modif : actually it uses piggy banks instead of .38 so it’s useless but at least it’s like a fast reload light piggy launcher, and piggies bombs are cheap

It requires strict timing. Basically you need to press cancel, then put the cursor to the MIRV before the upgrade menu closes. It's to force the game to temporarily recognize as if it's the MIRV upgrade that is being used. This way, we can create the standard launcher, because the game thinks it is not currently attached to the weapon. After that, we use crafting glitch where we press [create] then [down] in quick succession, so we can choose to create the actual MIRV without the necessary perks.

Just do far harbour, side with atom kids, get 100% permanent damage boost, get deacon, hancock, preston, maccready perks and all relevant damage perks in skill tree, do nuka world and side with operators, 1 shot everything with a 10mm pistol and still able to get trophies.

You dont need to scrap junk to use it to build with. Just store it in your workshop.

You misunderstand what he was doing. He was not scrapping the junk, he was DUPLICATING the junk.

Also, the materials are used more efficiently if you scrap your junk. For example, that Blast Radius game had 1 Nuclear and 2 Wood -- the workshop will destroy the 2 units of wood in order to use the 1 unit of Nuclear. Wasteful, especially in early game when you're short on materials. If you scrap it, the Nuclear and Wood are no longer connected, and so nothing will be wasted. And yes, dropping several hundred pounds of loot and scrapping it item by item is infuriating. 😱 There's a cheat if you're on PC, thankfully.
