To unlock more upgrades you have to work at dealership and get promoted 2 times (to max the car), there's also a shop behind the dealership.

To get stage 3 upgrades u have to play as the sussy's mechanic employee (just click suit case icon and press) you can afk and it will give a promotion and that's how u get stage three upgrade

Gang ur using Manual instead of Semi. Semi lets you use ur Q and E buttons fine for upshifting and down shifting E for up q For Down. With MANUAL you gotta press the Shift button and Still use Q and E for upshifting and downshifting cause Semi Doesn't have a clutch. Manual needs a clutch (shift button) in order for u to shift up and down. Meaning you gotta Hold Shift (clutch) and Shift Up (E) at the same time, still pressing W for Gas.

Project when your playing southwest florids you need experience thats why the car has stage 1 and also the venom gt is faster than every car in the dealership rn but in order for you to get those stages is to be on a job grind until you get max and then you get all the stages
