The foam bag looks great. I like the fabric and the color. Why not just also create a cover for the old bean bag chair without taking out the beans. I do not think Key will mind if the old fabric inside a cover (and liner) rips.

Jodie I'm with you on the measurement thing (using both inch and cm!) With some of the left over fabric why not make a bolster/pillow snake so it matches your blue bean bag and gives Key a chin rest.

Jodie, here’s a solution for not getting beans all over the room. IF you have a bathtub in your bathroom. Place the plug Into The drain hole so beans don’t get in there. Get someone to hold your new bag and you then pour the beans straight into the new one. If beans spill, they will only go into your bathtub and are easily removed.Hope it works for you, Lovely Lady. I enjoy watching you and Key and Nan in your various adventures. Of course Sherpa as well when he comes to visit.❤️

Use a hand vacuum to remove the bean bag beans and then store them in a storage vacuum bag until you find a use for them .
