Making The Hammer Pickaxe Using Command Blocks
There was a mod that added hammers in Minecraft that can mine a 3x3 area. It was soo cool and it is like vein miner and now here it is in Minecraft with the power of command blocks! Who uses mods these days lol when command blocks are more powerful!
The command:
hammer pickaxe

Hmm, at 6:21 it seems to break 3x3x2 instead of the 3x3x1 ( Like after the first row, when you were saying ''ooooh", to make it more clear Lol )

Hey! Nice video, thanks! Be careful though, in the last command block it's not /scoreboard players reset hammer but /scoreboard players reset @a hammer (or with the condition to be more thorough and avoid problems on server). You should also use marker entities instead of armor stands (which can cause lags) in recent versions. Finally, if you know of any way of preventing certain blocks from breaking (bedrock for example), that would be very helpful!

Yeah I should start using marker entities but armor stands are cool lol. I'm just too used to them lol. The only way I can think of preventing certain blocks from breaking is to manually go through each block and check if it's bedrock and then ignore it. So then it would be something like 1 marker spawns in the middle which will spawn 8 more for each block and then go check if it's not bedrock and destroy it. I still don't know any good way of tracking or checking blocks near the player but the way above should do the trick.

i bet the mod you're thinking of is most likely Tinker's Construct with their Hammers, Lumber Axes and Excavators. There are obviously other mods that have the same concept, but TConstruct is by fat the most popular

Yes that was the mod. With the super large weird furnace to melt resources. I always used creative mode to get the items because that furnace was complicated lol. Now looking back at the instructions on the furnace, it is actually easy lol

buildcraft quarry with command blocks?

I been working on this, I just need to figure out a good way of doing it, I have a dumb idea where the items just fly up in the air but that might lag out everyone
