My hitchhiker wallet goes everywhere with me. So many stories and memories that only the patina will tell. I’ve always told my wife that I hope to hand this wallet down to our son someday. This is a generational thing for me. Keep making great wallets!

I have wanted a hitchhiker ever since the first time i have laid my eyes on one and have no luck being able to land one. Something about this video just makes me want one even more. What a truly great looking and beautifully made product. Seeing all the positive reviews and how fast they sell out i highly doubt I'll be able to snag one when they go on sale unfortunately. But hopefully one day I'll be able to grace my pants with one of your works of art. Keep up the awesome work and fingers crossed with any luck I'll be able to pick up a hitchhiker even though my parents told me not to.

I love mine! Going on about a year now with buck brown. Anybody complaining about obtaining one doesnt want it that bad, because I snagged mine first try. Dont be lazy. Is the sale format ideal? No but its the most fair way with limited supply.

Nice work. Do you heat the needles to clean off any residual wax on them?

Yes, that is correct. After stitching several items the wax builds up, using a lighter is the fastest way we have found to clean them in between.

Wow, I liked the little template you made to center the maker's mark stamp. And I dig that press, someday I will buy one to boost my business. Surprised you are still using manual hand tools to set snaps. Figured you would have a "Mighty Wonder" for that. Love that workshop, though, and amazed at all those thread spools. I buy Ritza, so I couldn't afford that many I think. I just stick with black and tan, usually .8 mm or 1 mm. I will quit my night job one day and only do leather craft, it's what I really enjoy. Great video, thanks for your efforts.
